They are banners that are posted on either side of the door or on the wall with auspicious messages. In this activity, your little gets to make kid-size couplets by matching up the Chinese characters. It’s a wonderful project for strengthening character recognition and building fine motor skills through coloring, cutting and gluing. Include Traditional and Simplified Chinese versions.
