Shop Cancellation & Return Policy
Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders completed as fast as possible, therefore we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it.
We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is damaged. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the order to email@example.com to alert us of the damage along with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. If past 7 days of receiving the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
